The Dish and recipe from today's Webinar, "Chickpea Salad W/Dill"

This is an amazing dish. Hopefully you will try the recipe below.



Recipe: Ingredients

1 15oz can of chickpeas

1/3 cup chopped celery, red bell peppers, red onions

1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise

1/4 cup fresh or dried dill (Fresh is best)

1 scallion (finely chopped)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

2 tsps chopped capers

2 tsp fresh lemon juice

1/4 tsp ground black pepper and salt to taste


Directions:

Mash the chickpeas with a potato masher, add lemon juice and other ingredients. combine thoroughly. Chill in the frig for an hour before serving. You can also add chicken or your favorite seafood. *I suggest you add mayo a little at time until you have the right consistency for you. 🌶️❤️
